This was a terrible experience. I ordered ink for my printer- the full kit colours and black- with a same day delivery, which I also paid for. I waited until 8 pm for the delivery and it showed up incomplete. The next day I called Ink Pro to ask where the black ink was, I was told it was on back order ( not previously mentioned when ordering) but fair enough. I was *guaranteed it would arrive on Friday. On Friday we waited at the shop for the ink to arrive until 9 pm- even though I was told by ink pro it should arrive early. The ink did not come. No notification. Monday we still have not received the order. It's been 1 week since I paid for same day delivery and today, the new employee ( apparently the assistant manager) tells me that while they guaranteed the products on Friday, they didn't pack my order in time and therefore that's why I didn't get it- again NO NOTIFICATION. SO now I have 2 full days ,( 12 hours) wasted time and money on a parcel I still haven't received. Ink Pro are again guaranteeing that the product will be delivered today but I have to wait once again until 10 pm to see if they will show up! This is such an unacceptable customer service. They offered to reimburse me 36 dkk for my trouble. 36 dkk? Wow!

When I bought a toner, they did not send it and when I contact them, they said I have to buy another shiping because their post man could not find my address! My address is completely corect and I received all my pockets and letters. They even did not call me. I had to pay another 79 sek for shiping again. They just send a free gift with no toner!! I asked for refund but no news until now!!!

Easy returned something bought online that stopped working. Found out after that I lost some money, because what I got instead was cheaper than what I originally bought. Still, great service from the guy working there.
