Print quality on anything red is terrible, the colour compared to what we uploaded is horrific, then we are told its our fault and they will not refund or reprint any of the items. If your receipts and mock up generator are not showing accurate colours then you should change not telll us. that customer should be purchasing samples to make sure the print is as we uploaded.

After the upgrades that Inkthreadable put in place, I decided to use them for a few items in my shop. Once again, 2nd time in a row they have mixed up my orders with a completely different company. This has happened every year without fail, I placed my order before the cut off to give it a better chance to arrive before Christmas however because they shipped the wrong mugs out it has now missed the cut-off. I don't understand how this keeps happening, time and time again.

I Honestly can't praise/recommend this company enough! I've been using Inkthreadable for nearly 2 years now and I've noticed such a FANTASTIC IMPROVEMENT with the company. When I first started, I rarely put any of my orders through ink, as there was often a slow turnaround time/lack of communication and problems. However over the past year, they've really upped their game all over! From print quality, product variety, customer service, fast turnaround times. Even with the added pressure of the pandemic, black friday sales, christmas and brexit, they've still managed to pull it all out of the bag, deliver on time with quality on point every time! I wish every member of the inkthreadable team all the best and to thank them for all their hard work they've been putting in, that's clearly showing! :D

I've received 4 faulty items out of 7 - one of which went directly to my customer with huge blobs of dye on it! Raised the issues every time and time and again there were just more problems. Customer service team are lovely and helpful but that's about as far as this company goes. Would definitely never ever use them again or recommend them. So disappointed with them

I have used Inkthreadable for a while now. The team have always given me the appropriate assistance, and communication has been smooth every time. Ultimately, I decided drop shipping wasn't for me but that wasn't on them. I still use them for ordering samples and extra stock in case of emergencies.
