Wish I could give negative stars. I would say I’m not picky with doctors but if you are even in the slightest, please do yourself a favor and save your time and energy and keep looking. This is by far the worst and most painfully unprofessional place I’ve ever been to. I switched to this doctor at 30 weeks pregnant because I had recently moved. Everything from the staff, front desk, and Dr. Patel was just simply lacking. I went in for an appointment where my weight, blood pressure, and urine were checked (Standard). I waited for 45 minutes just for Patel to come in, check his heartbeat, tell me to drink water and leave. A few days following this appointment I go to the hospital with contractions that will not let up due to a BLADDER INFECTION. I never received any email or call letting me know that my urine was positive for anything. They are not informative in the slightest. No website or patient portal, no emails, just a phone call prior to your appointment. I’m nearing one month of waiting for lab tests that I was told Patel would go over with me at an appointment I had weeks ago. I have called to ask for them over 3 times, but was told I would get them at my next appointment. There unfortunately will not be a next appointment. Very difficult experience all around.

Hello, Dr, Geeta Patel is one of the kindest people I have ever met. She is super professional, well knowledged, besides, so helpful and respectful. The crew in her clinic is professional and courteous. What I liked the most is that De, Patel does not waste much of my time. She is quick in doing her job, which was a good fit for my husband and me. My daughter is 14 months, and in case I have my second child in the future, she will be my choice again!

I have gone to dr Patel for 2 years and she is always rushed. She never really gave me the time of day to answer relatively easy questions. She always has at least an hour wait and then rushes to get your exam done, but doesn’t want to delve into any questions or truly help you understand your medical care. When I brought it to her attention that she was very rushed and very rude to me she just acted more frantic and frazzled. Very upsetting. I will not be going back.

I went to for female issues. I'm 59, way pass menopause. They took blood, ultrasound. Never heard a word from the ofc. I called had to leave a msg. never called back.... I went somewhere else I know am being treated for my problem this Dr over looked. Will be having surgery soon.
