Great place to spend some time. Best camping is just over sandhill. Better to spend (at least) 2 nights.

Lots of bird life lots of flies and the warden will check if you have paid your park fees. Worth seeing though.

Fantastic experience although very remote, remember to check the access to the Lake is possible before heading out and make sure you have a Desert Parks Pass. Please enjoy and take all rubbish with you before you leave.
