Never could get a hold of a representative to schedule an appointment. Disappointing because I really needed a therapist.

Was helpful our first and only visit, but has not returned messages in her portal or via email, both of which were her seemingly preferred modes of communication. Also charged me for an appointment I didn’t attend.
