I’ve never been to a studio that is more professional. Laurie Berger is a fantastic teacher that is extremely knowledgeable about Pilates. I make it a point to go twice a week. My body feels great! I highly recommend Laurie and Innerwork Studio! Do yourself a favor and make an appointment today!

This is a yoga/Pilates oasis! My stress level plummets the minute I walk into this very attractive, fully equipped and peaceful studio--a tribute to owner Mary Anne's attention to every detail, beginning with instruction of the highest quality. I've been taking private Pilates lessons from Laurie for many months, and those lessons are the centerpiece of my fitness regimen. She is extremely knowledgeable and makes each session enjoyable as well as productive. Thanks to her ability to adapt the training to the needs of each student, I was able to continue my lessons despite wearing a knee-high boot for a broken ankle. I'm hooked!

InnerWork Studio is where I have taken Yoga classes for the past 4 years. Mary Anne Metzger is the owner and my teacher. I had done very little yoga in my life prior to beginning at her studio. She is an amazing instructor in every way. She is extremely knowledgeable and supportive. I leave her classes feeling that the weight of the world is gone. Her studio is beautiful and serene. Her classes are small and personal. She places my safety first and I have never felt any physical concern from the work that I have done in her studio. She is kind and has a very joyful and uplifting spirit .

The instructors are extremely knowledgeable in both Pilates and Yoga. The studio has the most up-to-date equipment. The atmosphere is calming, yet the instruction is always stimulating. Mary Anne tailors her instruction to each individual in her class and is always aware of individual needs and physical limitations whatever they may be. The minute I walk in the door, greet the friends I've made in the classes, and beginning each the class with focus, I am so grateful to be able to come to Innerwork Studio for my own health and inner peace.
