We traded our truck in from Saskatchewan at the Truck Ranch with absolutely no hassle for an amazing deal for a work truck for my husband, however, when my husband got up North to work it was found that there was no gas to be had. My daughter went and traded him his new truck for his other truck, which was not as suited to field work. After a few months of that, I contacted the Truck Ranch to tell them about the situation and they amazingly told me to bring the truck back and they would work out a trade so that my husband could use a diesel work truck instead of his personal truck while working. As it was winter and I do not like driving in all the snow we have been having, we were able to work out a deal over the phone. This is the best part - instead of making me drive back to Innisfail, they came to me, picked up the truck, switched over the tires from the current truck, to the new truck they were trading me for, and delivered the new truck. I have never seen this level of customer service when dealing with an auto dealer. A HUGE shout out and thank you to Jaymi Nichols and Joelle Slomp and the rest of the staff at the Innisfail Truck Ranch! It was an awesome experience and I recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.
