Only went in for a lamp for my tank, The guy I say was really helpful and interested to help me with my issue, took a long shot as to what I needed and he offered a refund if it wasn't the correct one, anyway came home, fitted perfectly. Super super helpful, nothing is too much hassle. Managed to source me new lights in a short amount of time and some amazing new fish. Great service all round! Thanks very much guys!
Disappointing service in the end, a lovely couple in the beginning but when we reported that the 4 fish we had brought from Innovative Aquatics had died within 4 weeks of entering our tank, little care was given! We were promised a call back on their water parameters, as ours where spot on and we are still waiting 2 weeks later!!! (Water parameters confirmed excellent by 2 other shops 1 independent and the other a chain).
Amazing team. Helped me from start to finish to get my tank setup and any question I had they always answered and made sure I had thr best advise. Thanks again for all the help
Pop in today on the of chance and the help and advice i was given was top notch. Left with one fish a a couple of new corals which have settled in very well. Will be going back soon.
