Two years ago I had purchased a promo to Innovations Salon and Spa. The money went towards a school fundraiser, so I thought I'd help somebody else out and treat myself! Great deal right? Not! I ended up trying to schedule an appointment with "Jennifer" because her name was on the promo. However, she had no spots open whenever I called. I lost the card and called back the other day when I found it and asked if I could still get what I had paid for. The receptionist said no, because the promo was only with Jennifer to expand her business, and Jennifer no longer worked there. I get it. This business isn't losing any money by saying no to me. It was through someone else in the first place. But your job is in serving and working for your clients! You are a salon and spa and you can't find a different worker to cover the job? What happened to customers first? What if I had bought something else along with my promo. Now you have a bad experience on your hands. You know what they say, one bad experience gets around to 10 people while a good one only reaches 1 or 2.
