Five stars across the board for the crew at Innovative. I had a natural gas heater installed in my garage recently. First, they showed up at my house at a convenient time to offer a quote and explain what would be necessary to complete the job. They walked me through the process using plain-English, starting in my mechanical room. Once the job was booked, the technicians showed up on time and were courteous of the noise and minor disturbances they made, as my wife was at home with our sick kid that day. Every detail was taken care of - I was impressed that wires were zip-tied neatly, even the dust from the tiny piece of drywall that they cut out to accommodate the gas line, was cleaned up. They treated my house, how I would have treated my grandmothers house. I really appreciated that. Afterwards, a small repair was required due to a faulty thermostat (not Innovative's fault at all) - the tech scheduled a convenient and quick time to take care of the replacement. The highlights of using Innovative: they show up on time, they clean up, they are friendly and courteous with all interactions with members of my house, the products work exactly as described, and now I have a warm garage. To anyone who has an unheated garage: call Innovative, get the job done right the first time, and enjoy your new space! You will not regret it!
