I used Inov because of their multilingual service, but unfortunately after having an accident, that was not my fault, the service and outcome of the claim has left me either with a motorbike that is not fully repaired, or paying an excess on repairs where I was not at fault. We have gone around and around in circles and Inov are either unable or unwilling to get a suitable outcome from the insurance company. The accident was in May and the year has ended with the motorbike still not repaired.
