This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Bathroom Planet supplied a defected/damaged toilet to us twice. On both occasions not even an apology. They have absolutely no regard for their customers, and are rude and patronising, and simply don't care that they are supplying damaged products. They refused to provide a replacement toilet, or a refund, and didn't even offer to collect the damaged toilet, leaving us to pay to dispose of it ourselves. They said that we should have reported the damage with 48 hours (we reported it 7 working days after delivery, when our plumber unboxed the toilet to install it). They used this as the reason why they would not provide a replacement or refund. Even when I asked for a refund under the Consumer Rights Act's 'right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality within 30 days', they refused. They said that we were at fault because we didn't adhere to their terms and conditions of reporting damage within 48 hours. Truly unbelievable! Avoid this company.

No stock but happy to take your money Another one of these company's that will advertise something as available and once you order get an email to tell you its not in stock, Take your money and then have to battle to get it refunded. Im still waiting.... Company's like these should not be allowed to continue trading. Do you think we can all afford to just let you take money and then wait to see if you will eventually give it back.. Customer service is non existent, Try to blame European delivery as the issue.. The product is made in the UK... Useless

Email from Bathroom Planet stating the item wasn't in stock, fully understood. Asked for refund via email and was told being passed to accounts. My wife called and was told we need to email. Email sent again and informed the refund will be processed 11 days after the initial order, GREAT AT TAKING YOUR MONEY, BUT WHEN THEY CAN'T UPHOLD THEIR PROMISE THEY TAKE 11 DAYS TO START THE PROCESS OF REFUNDING YOUR MONEY. Needless to say I won't be going back.

Chose and bought items specifically in stock- calculated the delivery time and booked a plumber to fit in with this time scale. The next day they emailed saying it would take 4weeks longer to deliver due to every single item being out of stock ... and still the website quotes every item is ‘in stock’. Hugely dissatisfied. don’t trust what the website says.... however the communication afterwards was good and a member of staff helped us with options of how to go forward with this issue. I recommend contacting them before ordering online to check your order is in stock before buying.

Exceptional service. The item I initially wanted wasn’t available but they put it on back order for me and got it out as soon as it was which was actually very quick anyway. On the day of delivery due to unforeseen circumstances I had to be out so I emailed David from sales and he was so helpful and kind ensuring that everything was ok. All was delivered and just what we wanted. Thank you so much!

I purchased 2 x Burlington Wall Mounted Double Liquid Soap Dispensers for my new bathroom and they are lovely. They are more expensive than the average soap dispenser but they look absolutely stunning! I had a no hassle experience with this company, easy transaction, item was delivered when it said it would be and packed great. Purchased 7 Reina Arlec Radiators, unfortunately their returns policy is vague and unfair. We opened a few radiators to test the strength of the heat they emit. As they were not quite right, we wanted to return them, but as they were opened we were not able to get a refund

Bathroom Planet offered the product I needed, at a competitive price. Their customer service was excellent; they called soon after I'd placed the order online to arrange delivery. The delivery arrived when it was supposed to. I had a follow up query which was dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction. Recommended.
