I'm sorry I have to do this but its now gone too far. The receptionists in this practice are absolutely rude and cold and I can never be treated with respect maybe because of my accent? I just called a random practice asking for an appointment as I'm mentally unstable and they gave me one straight away, close to me and at the time I wanted. Be ashamed of yourselves and you could let people die.

I don’t normally feel the need to write reviews, but am so disappointed and angry with the service that I received here last week that I just had to give feedback on this occasion. I booked an appointment to see a doctor after inhalation of a toxic material. The doctor that I saw said that there was nothing she could do as they do not have the specialist capability there. She advised that I contact occupational health through my employer and said goodbye. What do I do if I’m unemployed or if this was an incident outside with work?? I did not expect them, or any local practice for that matter, to have the specialist capability, but what I did expect was a basic duty of care. There was no attempt to understand the substance or potential effects of the exposure and she could not be bothered to look into any options for referral. Fortunately I’ve only had to go here a handful of times over the past few years but I should add that I had a good experience with Dr Davies, whom I found to be both professional and compassionate.
