I have been to many batting cages and I have been around quite a few hitting and pitching instructors in the area and the instructors at Inside the Park are some of the best here in the south coast, I highly recommend them if your are looking for your baseball or softball player to take their game to the next level!

Inside the Park has a very experienced staff for hitting and fielding lessons. There are about 10 cages to rent at a very reasonable price compaired to other places I've been. Weather 1 on 1 or a group clinic, it will surely pay off for your child.

Great place to keep your swing or your arm in shape over the winter. Many cages geared towards different types of training. Use pitching machines (manual feed) or pitch to each other behind a cage. Baseball, slow and fast pitch softball. Reasonable hourly rates. Reservations are recommended, especially for larger groups or full team practices.
