Emma at Inspired is just brilliant. I turn 40 this year and am determined to get the fittest I've ever been but for once not through silly diets that are only very short term solutions. For the first time in my life, I'm losing fat and gaining muscle the right way because of Emma's training and also all of her great advice on nutrition and how to approach things for the best results. She keeps me accountable, on track and determined. She's the best!!!
