Absolutely spot on. There is nothing that Alan and team do that could be done any better. From the moment we asked for a quote, everything was perfect. Alan came on time and we received the quote a couple of hours later. Very good value. Dropped boxes, tape and paper soon as we accepted and on the day the team arrived ahead of time and started moving an entire duplex apartment on a 3d floor without a moan or groan. Huge boxes, tons of heavy pots and plants from roof garden, etc.... If they saw you carry something a bit heavy they would come to the rescue. Same thing on the other side to a 3 storey house. All finished by 4 pm. I never EVER want to move again but if I did Instance would ALWAYS be our choice.
