I highly recommend this place for all level of martial artists and fitness enthusiasts. Jaimie is both welcoming and knowledgeable.
I have so much fun coming to the gym every week, everyone is so friendly and easy to get on with. I have learnt so much and it is the best way to keep fit. I would highly recommend Jamie.
Brilliant gym, great friendly atmosphere Classes for all levels and instructors are patient and very helpful I would recommend it for anyone just starting out or anyone looking to switch gyms
I can't speak highly enough of this gym, everybody who trains at the gym are very welcoming and helpful (no egos). The equipment is spot on. The training is intense I have lost 2 and half stone in roughly 4 months. However the training is fun and really varied you never no what you will be doing from each training session. My 5 year old son attends the kids class and he loves it, at Instinct he took to it straight away. Jamie the instructor is brilliant his sessions cater for all abilities, and is always on hand to improve you.
