Terrible customer service. I've been there three times. The first two they made made wait almost an hour and the third time they made me reschedule since I was 20 mins late. There wasn't a single person in the waiting room. Now I gotta wait over a month in total to see if I have a heart condition...

They make you wait for HOURS!!!! the girl in the front desk is super rude and they take as much as they can get from your insurance and you with tons of exams and appointments but the most annoying part is the wait time. And don’t even dare to be late to your appointment because then they either cancel it or make you wait two more hours than normal.

Amazing doctor and amazing staff. I am so appreciative for having the clinic explain the exams and next steps to aiding in the path to recovery. new patient was able to get an appointment the very next day, once in the office insurance information was available and the authorization needed were taken care of. A Great clinic.

Everyone in the office were very polite and attentive. I wasn’t feeling well and the nurses were so sweet and compassionate. Dr. Fernandez had great bed side manor. Also it very hard to be seen within 24 hr prior to the appt, most cardiology office I have to wait months for an appointment. I will be coming back and highly recommend.
