They are generously providing their top of the line equipment and staff for us to focus on combining the importance of physical and spiritual health! The trainers were fun and friendly. The activities are geared towards functional fitness. They were challenging and new (at least to me) and yet scaleable depending on your fitness level. My friends and I tried one of their sessions and had a lot of fun.
