I attended a course of SDM in 2018 and was declared competent by an assessor. Till today I have not received my certificate nor communication from IPD I am being send from pilar to post. Every time I call and send email back and forth I find a new person. As a result, I'm department dedacted the course fee in my salary because I can not produce my certificate. Even today (26 Aug 2020) there is no one at the office. I would not recommend any one to utilize their facilities.
