We went with this company for our home owners insurance when we bought our new house in August due to being referred to them. So long story short we were provided a great quote for a policy through AAA. Well 3 weeks after moving in we got a call saying the insurance company had sent someone to our house and that we either have to take our trampoline down or they will cancel our policy. Mind you the trampoline was only half put together, just the frame was up the actual trampoline mat was not on. So we took the frame down and we’re asked to send pictures. We sent pictures of it removed and thought everything was fine. We weren’t happy that we had to take our kids trampoline down but did anyways. Well we just received a refund check and told our policy is cancelled. No warning no nothing just canceled even though we did what they asked. I highly recommend using a more reputable company as this is ridiculous! Saving a little money isn’t worth someone trying to tell you that you can’t have a dang kids toy in your yard and cancel you without notice. We will be calling the insurance commission today to let them know about this as well.
