We were new to the Medicare Supplement plans and were getting much information from all the well known names but had many questions about their plans. Joe recommended a reasonable company that we had never heard of. We were reluctant to go ahead with them, fearing the unknown. After Joe gave us reassurance and documentation about them, we decided to go with it. Six months later, we are happy with their prompt response in making payments that are not covered by Medicare B. Joe will always answer your calls and emails promptly. He will even offer advice for that awful maze of information called Part D.
