Working with Mike at Integrated Automotive Services was the best car buying experience I've had to date! Not only was the car I purchased in terrific shape but they went out of their way and even put new tires on the vehicle in anticipation of me purchasing it. New tires, a fresh oil change, and the car was expertly detailed shortly before i arrived to take it home. The team at IAS aims to please and they sure did with their friendliness and great customer service. I would recommend them to everyone and will definitely be back the next time I need a vehicle.

Great place to have a Volvo serviced! I've been coming here for over four years with all of my family's cars and have had excellent service on our BMWs and Volvo. I wouldn't trust anyone but Frank to work on my vehicles. He is, as I'm sure the rest of the team are knowledgable when it comes to these cars and will make sure that things are done right and adequately taken care of. We recently bought a car from an online auction site; IAS took delivery of the vehicle for us and did a pre-delivery inspection to ensure perfect working order. From receiving the vehicle to doing the title paperwork to a pre-delivery inspection. IAS took control and made sure things were taken care of.

This mainly applies to the service department as the sales department in IAS are good people, hence the 2 star. I been coming here to service my cars for quite some time. Unfortunately over time quality of customer service, and frankly the intelligence and competence of the car technicians has went down the drain. The last straw was when I was told that my issue would cost at least a thousand dollars. I took it to another place and it cost 150 (parts and labor). To add insult to injury I regularly get my oil changed here and was never told my tires are balding and unsafe until I came for inspection. Lazy and incompetent mechanics are a good reason not to use this place anymore.
