I hurt my back somehow. I finally went to see Nate after a couple of nights with little sleep and having great difficulty sitting to do my work. It hurt when I laid down, got up or sat. I felt relief after the first visit. My pain is greatly reduced. I'm going back tomorrow for another adjustment. I love the text reminders too. Nate is going to show me some exercises to strengthen my core.

Always very pleasant and friendly. They have always helped me anytime I have called in pain they always work me in. A really great place. I recommend integrated health to any one that has back, neck, hip, knee or muscle pain. You owe it to yourself go see what they can do for you. Don't live in pain if you don't have to.
