Being new in the area, I was lead to ITS through fb recommendations. I have seen counselors before, but the benefits I reaped from my sessions with them lasted only as long as the session. After each session with Anna, however, I am empowered with an \ah-ha\ understanding with which I can apply moving forward. Though I do most of the talking, the questions and thoughts she throws out for consideration guide me along a path of self realization and clarity, along with the recognition that \I've got this!

Anna Moriarty at Integrated therapeutic Solutions has been my therapist for the past 8 years. You may be asking yourself why 8 years? The answer to that is real growth and change doesn’t happen in a 2 weeks. Although, that can certainly get you out of crisis and she does an excellent job working with you through your crisis moments that’s not her only gift. After that, together, you explore and hopefully find the right tools you need for growth. My process has felt like a caterpillar turning into a butterfly! My entire family has and continues to benefit from my therapy. It’s amazing to experience the transformation of mind, body, and soul. I highly recommend you begin your journey at I.T.S.

From the beginning of my sessions, Anna Moriaty has been extremely helpful. Professional, meticulous, detailed work and very positive. Anna knows how to approach a difficult case and transform it into a healthy conversation. When I first started the sessions my depression level was severely high that it clouded my judgment. It took a few sessions but my depression has decreased considerably because I know exactly what is causing it and what I need to do so that this issue does not control my life. I am not completely cured yet but now I have a plan of action which I would never have figured out if it was not for Anna Moriaty. I highly recommend Integrated therapeutic Solutions to anyone who has problems which they can’t deal with. Talking about it is the first step to changing your life around. My husband, daughter, and I have all been fortunate enough to be under the care and guidance of Anna Moriarity...her expertise, patience, caring, and supportive approach was just what we needed in order to heal and recognize how to best approach a variety of life's moments. When our daughter was 7, we were seeking guidance and help for her that I am forever grateful we found by coming to Anna. Our daughter is now 17, and Anna made a huge impact on her life and helped her get to where she is today...in a great, healthy, happy place! Anna has helped me through many moments that I am also forever grateful to her for as I know I am in a much happier, healthier state of being able to be a better wife and Mom.
