Wow! Got a call at 1 in the morning my grandmothers device that can tell if she falls or not was dead. Most people would be annoyed at first and I was. But the man on the phone line was very nice and I apologized for being rude. It is a great system. I wish I knew the guys name because he deserves a raise. Thanks for having a great system to insure that my loved one is alright!
