Did my first RAT class last night . Paul and the students were very accommodating. Firstly I must I've done some boxing and Muay Thai not to any great level . The rat class is a totally different mindset so if you're thinking conventional and traditional ways of learning to defend yourself you're in for a shock . Intercept and hopefully end a violent situation very quickly . We did some very simple drills easy to follow but don't be put off by the simplicity of it they were very effective . Easy to follow and understand and like anything else practice and you should be competent to use if needed . Paul informed me this is just the tip of the iceberg and he covers a multitude of situations but maintaining the very foundations of basic drills so they become a natural response . Highly recommend the class even if you do more traditional martial arts I do think this will certainly add something to your repertoire of skills See you soon Paul

Absolutely first class! great training, very knowledgable and like minded martial artists, great people and no egos! Which shows they know what they are on about! Not been at the classes long but learned so much, great fun, friendly atmosphere and Paul the trainer is fab, patient and gives individual instruction without barking orders. I even started taking my older children who have gained so much confidence. Highly recommended

Great Filipino Kickboxing class that really gets the blood pumping! Paul is a great instructor, allowing you learn at your own pace regardless of other people’s ability in the class. If you want to get fit whilst having fun then I’d def recommend.
