JP and Kelli's honesty, sincerity, and professionalism are second to none. They could have taken advantage of our situation but they chose not to. We will definitely return and absolutely refer everyone who owns a Honda in the area to call and/or go see them.

I read the other reviews and agree, this is the BEST place in the area to service your Honda or Acura. My experience with J.P. @ Intercoastal began shortly after we relocated to Melbourne (Viera). One of our Hondas, a 200k mile Odyssey, began making a noise associated with worn wheel bearings. I began the daunting task of calling local shops to find a new, dealer alternative. When I called J.P., he was the only one to really engage in conversation about my Odyssey's problem. He provided a confident assessment of the work that was likely needed, along with a tentative price. He added that all parts would be OEM (Honda brand) and came with a 2-year warranty. Other shops used whatever parts were available from a local auto parts store and only had a 1-year warranty. I had a good feeling about the place, so I scheduled an appointment. Shortly after my vehicle was dropped off for service, JP called me to say he drove and assessed the vehicle and was ready to provide an update on the work needed. This is the point where a scrupulous shop could have said, hey, everything quoted on the phone is needed. Instead, JP said I would not need as much work as initially discussed and I could save a bunch of money. Shocked, I told him to proceed. Later that afternoon, I received a courtesy call to advise the work was complete, that JP confirmed the work with a test drive, and that it was ready for me to pickup. When I arrived and received my bill, it was exactly as described without hidden costs or extras. A few days later, I received another courtesy call to check in and ensure I was happy with the work. Honestly, I was impressed and this 5-star review is well deserved. I highly recommend Intercoastal to service your Honda or Acura.

These guys are great. I won't take my Honda anywhere else. They never try to push unnecessary service and give you a heads up if things are showing wear or may need to be replaced in the near future but don't try to pressure you to do it right then and there like a lot of shady mechanics.
All the rave reviews are spot on! From my first phone call with Kelli, it was nothing but a 10 Star experience. Very kind, honest knowledgeable people. And I've never seen such a clean shop! They contacted me two days after service to make sure everything was satisfactory and working well. And I even received a handwritten thank you card in the mail!! Outstanding customer service!! I highly recommend their services! I will definitely returning when needed. Thank You Kelli and JP!!!
