Had quite an interesting experience with them. I needed a new closet door so was doing research in the local area. I visited their showroom twice, about a week apart, and asked for the same door. The first time they gave me a verbal quote of 1700, and the second time 1400. It was weird that they offered a different price but I was happy that they offered lower. So I made an appointment to have one of their guys come in and professionally measure the opening. They actually had their director, Kristine, come in, measured (I was 1/4' off on width), and gave a final price of 1900. I was surprised how much the price varied, given that I asked for the exact same door with only a little measurement difference. I asked for a breakdown of the price and they refused to do that, and said that the receptionist in store must have done the math wrong (two times really?). I asked if I could get a discount, and they said they would get back to me. Well they didn't. Until I had to reach out to them, multiple times. After all they said they couldn't do anything about the pricing, because it's difficult to get the door to fourth floor (we have an elevator)... I usually don't write long comments but I'm just shocked that they don't seem to value their customers at all, at least for my case. I obviously don't want them to do my project now, and I genuinely hope they improve their service and attitude to customers.
They said our closets don't have the right kind of set up for the type of doors we want. They sent a consultant to measure and take pictures. She was not well educated in closet doors. I went to their showroom and they said someone would get in touch with me to send a sales director out to take a look and find a solution. Nothing. I have heard nothing back from them and it's been four weeks of me sending them weekly emails. My guess is they don't want to work on projects that might be a bit challenging.
