We were looking for solid core interior wood Walnut doors with 9’ high. Most suppliers said they can not get doors in this sizes. Haim and Sean were able to manufacture gorgeous pre hung Door system very happy with the outcome Highly recommend.
Purchased a custom made entrance door from them. Purchase was made in June 2016, Installed in October 2016 and by January 2017 noticed some defects in the door frame and there is gaps in between the frame and the glass insert which resulting in breeze, cold and frost get into the house. Contacted the company (Sean the owner), left messages, sent several emails indicating my issues but no response. I went to their office, they promissed to resolve the issue. Again did not hear anything back. Contacted them in February, They said they have to wait until mid spring, Never heard back from them, Called them in June 2017 they said they will replace the entire door and frame within 8 weeks, No news up until August 2017, called back again in August, they said another 4 to 5 weeks, September 21 they showed up with only one peace of a used door, replaced only the door with a used one without changing the frame and the problem is still there with winter coming I will get breeze and frost into my house. They are not even answering my calls or emails. I texted their service manager on September 29 2017 after could not connect with them via phone, His response was, \I am not being paid for this problem so contact the owner and you are on your own\.
