I wanted to leave a review and say a huge thank you to Shawn and Logan, they were closing our pool this year and we just had an amazing experience with how they handled the pool the equipment and how they handled us as customers. they were sure to talk to us about if we had any concerns little tricks that we can do to help maintain certain things they took the time to make sure everything was done tip top for the winter. We had our pool built and installed by interior pool they've always been there for questions concerns and easy to go into and take a water sample if there's ever any worries. These days it feels like finding people who are committed to their job and very personable and happy at what they're doing can be few and far between and you can just tell that these two young men really care about the job that they are completing. Thanks again.

We have had the pleasure of dealing with Interior for 3 summers, and we couldn't be happier with their professionalism, technical proficiency, and overall great customer service. Other pool companies have disappointed, but not Interior. Our pool maintenance expert, Sam, is friendly, hard working, and communicates what he has done each visit. Although our pool is not the easiest to clean in Spring (no cover, lots of mulching leaves) Sam brings a great attitude to the job and gets it done! And Ian has kept our equipment running in a cost effective manner, while solving multiple problems from past jimmy rigs. Came into the store in person a week ago with a sample of my pool liner coping. The gentlemen at the counter opened the supplier catalog and matched the coping and said it will be delivered to the store by Wednesday the following week. I called the store the next Friday , 2 days after It was said to arrive and they told me they couldn’t find a supplier?? Why on earth would you not call the customer right away rather than a week later and wait for THEM to call you. I now have to order the coping from Canada Pools online and it is another 2 week wait. Thank you for burning up my summer pool weather with incompetence.
