Avdi Bajrami and his co-workers went above and beyond the call of duty to help us. We had a slashed tirewall and driving back home from our Interlaken trip would have been dangerous on our compromised tire. Avdi found a replacement tire, had it delivered to the shop (it had to come from Germany) and at the end of the next day we were back on 4 solid tires! So grateful for the service and care shown by this team -- and though they could have taken advantage of us and charged us at a premium rate... they DIDN'T... and we are so very grateful! Thanks Kaufmann Garage for being a great help in our time of need.
