I have been a patient of Dr, Golden for many years. The doctor is always responsive and an excellent listener! Armon, who draws blood, is the best in the business based on my 100s of experiences over my 75 years. I feel fortunate to be a patient of this Internal Medicine group.

Disgusting place. Not clean. The black guy who draws blood is very rude and does not use gloves. The medical techs are rude and are on phones as patients walk by. I overheard them mimicking a patient. It is a very unprofessional place to go. Northwestern should be ashamed to contract that kind of staff. Very disappointed . I will not be returning. You never know who is walking into your business .

After seeing Dr Lundgren for years , I received a note from her saying that she was dropping me as a patient. There was no explanation or typical courtesy. I was stunned and deeply disappointed. Now I learned that I can not see any other doctor from this group because I was dropped. I cannot find information on the policy or if there is any recourse. Just an FYI find out about the policy and skip Dr. Lundgren.
