I see the provider Ann Lacey FNP. She is nothing short of amazing! Listens closely to my concerns, executes problem-solving tasks, and MOST IMPORTANT, explains the plan to me thoroughly. The staff is pleasant. Online patient portal is effective. And the office has an on-site lab. I highly recommend this office!

I’ve had **the** best practitioner/patient experience with Ann Lacey. She shares her knowledge using education about any diagnosis. Since moving to AZ I have acquired allergies, she explained (with an impromptu sketch) how allergies affect sinus’, how each allergy medication works, how it relieves each symptom. She talked at length with me about a medication change and again educated me on the utility of changing. Very thorough. Friendly staff, online billing portal.

I moved to Phoenix about 6 months ago and had a few health issues. After coming from a great doctor for years I was skeptical about if I would find one I would like down here. I did research about the doctor offices as I didn't want anything too big that served a lot of patients and I wanted one that accepted only private insurance. I read a lot of reviews about the staff from the doctors/nurse practitioners to the nurses and of course the front office. As my physical and mental health continued to declined I finally decided to make an appt here totally prepared to end the appt if I felt I needed to in order to not settle for having a mediocre care. All that being said, the appt was the following week which was perfect, the front ladies at the front were very helpful and nice. The office is clean and bright, and there's even a small lab room for bloodwork so you don't have to go to another site. My doctor is Ann Lachey and nurse is Eve. Ann is more than I ever expected and I couldn't be happier with her. Dr. Agnone was consulted and came into the appt to meet me and he listened to my concerns as well and made suggestions for my care and meds. But most importantly Ann not only listened to my concerns but she also took into consideration my preferences and worked together instead of just telling me what meds I would take. And she also discussed with me why she suggests a particular med and the specifics. They are also concerned if a med isn't covered by your insurance and will go back and forth to get it approved, and during time provided I was provided with samples that they had available. I've been with them for three visits and every visit is a good experience. As for my health, I haven't felt this good in years and it's improving every day. When my husband comes, he will be getting his care here as well. Thank you so much!!
