Very helpful helping me find bathroom wall tile. I managed to break 3 pieces trying to remove a handrail for my wife. The tile was installed when International built our home back in 1975. He provided me a great leaf on locating replacement tile that was an exact match. Thank you International.

Very disappointed. We were very excited to work with International and saw examples of their homes and felt like we had really found a builder that was professional. We invested time and money with this company to plan a home only to be told 4 months into process that they would not be doing \on your lot\ homes after January 1.They had several opportunities to be honest and tell us. I specifically asked Joe, the owner, what would happen if permitting would extend beyond January 1 during this process. When we asked we were told prices were going up January 1st . We stuck with them despite this, and hired engineers that were very costly to try to speed up permitting and then we received an email cutting us off citing their change in focus. Asked for our deposits back and refused.
