I emailed with a very basic request for information about a pair of shoes, and had a totally bizarre email exchange where I kept repeating my question and they kept sending me links to parts of their website which weren't remotely relevant or helpful. I gave up in the end and didn't buy anything

Great ballroom Standarand and Latin shoes that can be customized. I had been buying International shoes for my daughter for the last 4 years. What I love about this company is actually a lot of things, the communication is prompt, the quality of shoes and the fact that they can customize the shoes for you. My daughter's feet are very narrow but she is an European size 6. So none of the shoes in the stores fit her, they are all way too wide. I measured her feet and they made her shoes narrower and they are perfect. Recently we ordered practice shoes for her and she likes them a lot too. Thank you.
