I see a few negative complaints concerning professionalism. i can't speak on behalf of anybody else but i do know that this company has been my 3rd attempt to sell and from my sign up date of 4/7/2020 to my closing date 12/4/2020 they kept me updated every step of the way and we went through a professional closing to take my name officially OFF this pesky deed i signed foolishly with bluegreen. I was apprehensive at first because of my other 2 previous attempts with Sellmytimeshare now and Timesharebyowner but with IVR and shane it was definitely a 1795 well spent and i am now timeshare free. Give them a chance and don't go by the few bad remarks they have because if i would've shot them down going off 3 or 4 bad reviews i would've missed a great opportunity! Thanks shane! Oh and i only gave a 4 star review because the receptionist was kind of rude but other then that the service was 5 star quality and very fast! Thanks IVR.

The high pressure and promises reminded me of the tactics used by the companies that sold us our time shares in the first place. It seems that a legitimate company would do a pay on delivery contract similar to a realty company. No success, no money. Why require up front payment if you can deliver on your promises?

One of the things I appreciated the most about international vacation is that they were honest with us from the beginning. They explained to us what are options were and the different ways they could help. I am very happy with the customer service and professional behavior I received. A breath of fresh air in comparison to the other like minded companies that has approached us before. I had what was considered to be an investment but was truly a dissasterous lemon now thanks to international vacation my lemon is making me lemonade .
