Everyone has been super friendly and helpful so far! I’ve only lived here for about 4 days now but I’ve really enjoyed it and haven’t had any negative experiences with my neighbors or staff. Everyone has been awesome!

I came in today asking for assistance about how to get the Blink Tattoo and the gentlemen at the front was extremely rude. He was having a personal conversation with a woman named Courtney on the phone and I stood there for a good 5 minutes waiting and then when I spoke, he put his hand up for me to stop talking and continued to ignore me. I have never been so blatantly disrespected like that for no reason. I took a picture of him to find a way to file a formal complaint.

It has come a long way over the past 5 years. When reading the comments, I would advise to only read the comments from the past 2 years as management has changed. Anything past that is irrelevant. Great price for square footage and location. The space is unique and rich with history. Worth your time in making it an option.

I love living here. It’s centrally located, safe, the building is gorgeous, my loft is amazing, my neighbors on my floor are the best and the managers and building techs are hands down the best I’ve experienced. We moved from San Francisco a few years ago and I have a lot of experience apartment/loft living. Interurban is by far my fave.
