if you had a system that messaged people how there experience was post bringing them aboard.... and then positive responses were followed up by another message that prompted them to share that as a review with a link etc... Than you would have more 5 star reviews. When people respond back in a negative way you prevent a bad review. Also... Look up the Talent Acquisition Exchange

I was very unhappy with my experience. A digital interview tied to an application should allow you to put your best foot forward. However, the digital interview process does not allow you to know the questions you will be asked in advanced and only gives you 30 seconds to think about it while big red numbers count down. This company needs to allow you to view your responses before submitting at the very least. Even voice mail allows this option.

It was a pretty bad experience. When I started interviewing, the picture size changed. I could only see half of me. It detracted me. It totally ruined my concentration. On the 2nd and 3rd questions, I was expecting to happen again, but it did not. I believe this video interview might have destroyed the possibility of getting a job.

The worst company ever. They cost me a job because even though I completed the digital interview, the interview was still "pending". I tried contacting there customer service and they were unable to help me out at all. Hope you sleep well at night knowing that you are part of the problem that destroys peoples lives.
