We called three different restoration companies to provide quotes for our lower level where there were two water leaks that resulted in our floor, dry wall, plumbing, and paint services. We were most impressed by Intrepid's professionalism, expertise and cost. Intrepid Miguel as foreman with Dan, Roxanna and a few other workpeople depending on the need completed the job. Intrepid is skilled at dealing with homeowner insurance claims as well. They restored our lower level AND IT LOOKS BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL WORK DONE for flooring, painting and dry wall repairs. I highly recommend this company for renovations, mitigation and restoration. They did better than our original contractor! We highly recommend Intrepid and will definitely use them again!

We were super impressed with Intrepid from the moment we called for help. Within an hour, early Saturday morning, Olga was on-site and immediately managing our water issue and putting our concerns to ease. The initial cleanup/mitigation was done extremely fast, drying machines were put in place and the process of getting us back to normal was started. To us this seemed like a huge project, but Miguel and his team were very friendly and professional and made us feel comfortable about the process. Their work was impeccable and always cleaning up as they go. They were always right on-time for every appointment and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had along the way. Everything was completed within the timeframe promised and we are all back to normal. Intrepid documented everything and worked with our insurance company to ensure everything that needed fixed or replace was covered. You would never know we had a water issue. We are so glad we found Intrepid to help us with our water crisis. A big thank you for all you did for us.

On 8 July we returned from a weekend trip to find 10 feet of water in our house due to recent heavy rains. Our entire basement was flooded and 2 feet in the first floor. We were incredibly lucky that Olga was across the street assisting another homeowner. We hired her on the spot and we could not have been happier. Over the next 6 weeks Olga and her magnificent team not only restored our house, they made it even better! Her team worked countless hours and each is an expert in their field be it wood floors, painting or carpentry. Every day Olga met with us, gave up progress reports and assured us that our house would soon be back to normal. Six weeks after the flood we moved back in and the teams work was flawless. Not only are Olga and Dan and Miguel and their team true professionals, they are extremely kind which is so important during a situation like this. I would give 100 stars if that was possible!

May/June 2018 - Intrepid Restoration recently installed a window and new hardwood flooring for me. The company is licensed, and was very professional, provided the appropriate documentation, fair pricing, honest, and punctual. They did an excellent job from start to finish. The owner of the Intrepid Restoration is very responsive and pays attention to details. The staff at Intrepid Restoration also showed the same professionalism, honesty and respect for the customers, that is reflective of the owner. My husband and I were very pleased with the workmanship of Intrepid. I would definitely use Intrepid Restoration again, and would recommend them highly.

Intrepid Restoration cleaned and repaired water damage caused by a leaky dishwasher. They were fantastic: Prompt, knowledgeable, did great work, and were polite and cleaned up after they were done. They even repaired and painted drywall that had to be removed as part of the clean up process. I would highly recommend them.

Highly Recommend!! Intrepid was in our home after we suffered a water damage. I was skeptical initially on having strangers in my house but my attitude quickly changed. I was blown away at how professional and patient they were with me. They were always on time, cleaned up everyday, and explained everything to me in comforting manner. I even ended up using them to finish my upstairs repairs and remodeling. They do work right the first time. I very highly recommend Intrepid!
