Lovely clean hotel. The room was great as were the facilities. Great food in the restaurant and breakfast was particularly good. Only downside was the attitude of the reception staff. Rather moody and abrupt.

Came for lunch here, somewhat disappointed by the limited lunch menu (no seafood unless you count fish and chips as there were no mussels.) - bit of a walk outside Inveraray itself but there is a car park for guests with a couple of electric charge points (although one was blocked when we came) The food we did have was good but very overpriced for what you got - the best part of the meal is the fantastic views or over the Loch. Some staff friendly but others seemed to view you as an inconvenience if not a guest at the hotel.

This hotel has adapted well to the COVID-19 restrictions, with a booking system in place for the pool, etc. Situated, as it is, on the edge of Loch Fyne, it is in a stunning location. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Only marked down from 5 stars as the solitary lift was out of order. We will definitely go back!
The hotel is doing everything they can to follow guidelines to make you feel safe. The best thing about the hotel is the staff who are very friendly and go above and beyond to make your experience feel special and as “normal” as possible. They are doing this even though they are short staffed this week, due to a number of last minute bookings which meant they are busier than expected. We will definitely be returning to this beautiful hotel in a lovely setting. Thank you
Had a very enjoyable two nights stay. Very nice room. Adhered to covid advice, felt safe. Food was great.
