Very disappointed. Customer service is appalling. Three weeks we have been waiting for our coal delivery for a variety of reasons. I can understand staff being off and the weather making things difficult, but when you are promised by message that your delivery will arrive on a certain day you expect it to be fact and for your following messages asking for clarification to go unanswered is just not on.

Got my delivery last wk. Great easy service. The coal I got is amazing. They heat and burning time is second to none. Even my greyhound struggles with the heat it gives off.

Absolutely rubbish girl in office needs to go and learn customer service very rude Coal was delivered to my neighbours yet didn’t deliver mine blamed it on weather yet he had time to grab bacon sandwich from local store which happened to be 2 houses away from mine
