This is the third year I have used Alex Scott & Staff for holiday rentals in Inverloch. I love dealing with them as they are very friendly, efficient and professional. It is like the good old customer service you expect but at a consistently high level. They are a pleasure to deal with.
We have found Alex Scott staff offer a prompt and professional service, keep in touch regularly and provide guidance re preparation for our property sale, feedback regarding the progress of the listing and are readily available for communicating any issues as needed.

Staff were friendly but not able to show any understanding of the marketplace regarding green properties.Putting a site on the web is not complicated and apart from a sign outside,contributed nothing for their fee. I had to sell the property as they couldn't explain it to clients. They underestimated the value of the property ,costing us 10,s of thousands in my opinion. Eventually when I made the sale the client offered 10 000 more than the asking price. Desperate to lock it in.. Left me wondering how much more we would have got.Jo Ginn would not listen to my opinion on the treechanger market and was inflexible on the price. In my opinion. Of course this is my humble opinion and I recommend you do due diligence. I also thought that since I had to sell the property, they could have reduced the fee.
