After a miscommunication during my order, I received a pizza with toppings that my children don't eat. I called back asking what could be done to help me. The staff member asked the manager, who said "nothing could be done". I asked to speak with the manager and he refused to talk with me. There are a number of different solutions that I would have accepted (e.g. buying a second pizza at half price). Being ignored by the manager, however, was not acceptable to me.

Went in and bought a BBQ bonanza and Italian Supreme minus anchovies. However upon returning home discovered the BBQ bonanza had pieces of bone in it, all up discovering eight fragments of bone.

We had to wait an extra half hour after the given pick-up time despite zero other customers. We asked for a pizza without seafood due to allergies but still received seafood toppings. One of our pizzas was boxed upside down. All of the pizzas were undercooked, doughy and flavourless. Still, quite a good deal. Six pizzas... For the taste of none!

Staff was friendly and welcoming even at closing time. Vegetarian pizza was nice.

3 pizzas for the taste of none! Never before have I had a capricciosa with a less tasteful anchovie (no plural used for a reason). Extremely overpriced amd extremely under flavored. The lack of flavor was perfectly complimented by the sogginess of the bases which had the consistency of a black-and-gold dish sponge. A debacle. We won't be back.
