Ian was amazing! We had multiple problems with our pc - AVG antivirus interacting badly with Windows 10 and many other issues. I was very delighted when Ian came to sort out my husbands Historic computer, he was very professional and managed to sort out all the issues that we had with the old one and copy documents, photo's etc to another computer. It was like being back at school, every day is a learning day, Ian is so knowledgeable and is happy to help in any way he can to save you money. I will be definitely recommending him to friends and using him again if needed A BIG thank you Ian and the old one is well and truly gone
Ian solved my problem quickly and efficiently . My computer knowledge is very limited and he was very patient and discussed things in a manner I could understand. Next time when something goes wrong I will not stress out for a couple of days but will get in touch immediately.
