Great service from start to finish. Weren't able to help out as they'd no vehicles but it wouldn't stop me from recommending them to anyone. Very helpful staff and vehicles cleaned to a very high standard.

Used these to hire a 4x4 to do the NC500. Excellent value for money. As the website said, we got a nearly new car in perfect condition. The staff are efficient and friendly too. We were collected from Inverness airport and were in the road an hour later

The whole experience was great. Friendly staff, spotless car which was a free upgrade to a bigger model, simple and quick pick up and drop off. We particularly chose them as they were one of the few downtown car hire locations open on a Sunday. We were very happy with their service.

Very helpful, and friendly. Love having garage for fuel right next door - card payment pumps made Sunday return easy. Airport shuttle service good as well.

Lovely team who were very helpful with our hire. We even had an upgrade to a BMW 1 Series which made our NC500 trip all the more comfortable and luxurious. This Arnold Clark branch also has a free airport transfer service which run every half hour which is super helpful, especially when the branch is so close to the town centre (5 minute drive). Would highly recommend hiring from this branch for exploring the north of Scotland, and will now consider using Arnold Clark for all other hires across the U.K.
