Received my suite this morning after a phone call yesterday to let me know they would be here this morning and another phone call half hour before delivery. The delivery men were polite and friendly. Delighted with service.

Terrible company. I payed extra to have my item delivered at a specific time. The delivery was not made until 9pm at night after me waiting in all day as it was meant to be delivered at 1PM! This was after weeks of them recheduling and then cancelling on me. They were due to deliver one Friday and when they didn’t arrive I called them, I was informed they don’t actually deliver on a Friday.. WELL WHY ARRANGE DELIVERY FOR A FRIDAY THEN?! They then turned up and removed the old washing machine however I had payed to have the new one installed.. which they didn’t do, when I asked they said ‘no I wont do that, I don’t have the tools’.. I was left with a washing machine in the middle of my kitchen as I couldn’t move it on my own and could not install it.. I then had to pay extra to get a plumber to install it for me. Absolutely disgusting service and I have nothing but complaints, they were rude and not helpful at all. Very unhappy.

Avoid this lot at all costs. Zero stars. My item was scheduled for delivery on a certain day - it wasn't. Rescheduled by an almost-unintelligible phone message - again, it wasn't. Tracking had previously shown that it hadn't even been released from supplier when it was confirmed that it was at the delivery depot....was it?.....tracking then said that it had been delivered on (date and time) - it hadn't. One out of four or five online "conversations" confirmed it had been delivered and must have been signed for because a time was recorded. All further attempts to communicate came to nothing....42 mins waiting on one occasion; online attempts weren't answered at all. Finally Amazon got on to them and Arrow responded with "have you checked it's not with a neighbour or it may have been left hidden...how do you hide a sofa-bed???? Amazon refunded promptly. Somebody is one sofa-bed better off....it isn't me.

It must be embarrasing to be a director or even employee with this company. Having just read 5 pages of very negative reviews on the back of my parcel arriving at their depot yesterday (wed) to be told it won't be delivered until Monday. For a service industry to have such consistent negativity attached to it i am utterly surprised they still have a business. No stars.
