Absolutely amazing visit to the your business in Inverness today. Went in about 11am and saw that everyone was busy in the workshop but he (think Joe is how he answered the phone as he was running back and fourth) took the time to help me out and was very patient considering how busy it was. My tyres were illegal and I had to catch a flight in Edinburgh later in the evening. Delighted to say we made it and it was thanks to him.

I had an appointment, arrived 15mins early and was taken early. Fast and efficient service. No worries at all
They let me wait 2 hours in my car today just to let me know they arent able to fix my punctured tyre. Also no one in the office is wearing masks but they insist that customers wear them.
Not interested in fixing a puncture but if you wanted new tyre put on that's a different matter
