Probably the smallest task they will ever get asked to do , However - from the friendly first contact, and the welcome you get stepping thru the door , to the actual getting the job done ( simple remove some corners from perspex) FIRST RATE service and job done. A good guide to a business is how well they treat the small jobs, and these guys were 100% - Courteous and professional - -THANK YOU

We were surprised to see 2 negative reviews of this company, our experience has been 100% positive. We have recently had a new large kitchen and utility room installed by Cairngorm Kitchens and we have been extremely impressed with the whole team. We were warmly welcomed in the showroom and the designer took note of our requirements and gave us a good idea of what Cairngorm could do for us. She visited our property to measure up and listen to our wishes. She then produced a very well thought out design which maximized our floor space and still provided much more storage than we previously had. We opted for supply and install and we were very impressed with the whole package. We had frequent phone calls from the project manager to keep us informed of what was happening next and make sure we were happy with progress. Some of the tradesmen were employed by Cairngorm and others were sub-contracted but everyone involved turned up when they said they would, worked efficiently and cleared up every day. The main installers were amazing - friendly, efficient, tidy and unobtrusive. Everything was very well project managed and it only took 2 weeks from start to amazing finish, including decorating. We were then given 6 weeks to 'live' with the kitchen before the designer made a final post installation visit to make sure we were 100% happy with everything. The quality of the units and appliances is just fantastic. Everything fits perfectly and the finish is faultless. It was expensive but in this world you get what you pay for and it was worth going for the supply and fit option to minimize the disruption and have a superb kitchen in a very short time. We cannot fault this company in any way and we can heartily recommend the Cairngorm Kitchens team.

I recently built a new house in the country and used Cairngorm for all windows and doors. Like all companies and products used in the build I picked Cairngorm for their percieved quality and reputation. Unfortunately I had an issue with water coming into my building through an external door. The door in question had a grooved centre panel.By design where the grooves on the centre panel meet the door bottom rail there are gaps in the foam seal. This allows water to enter the bottom door rail, drain down through the rail into the door frame and out the front of the door frame. In bad weather with wind blowing against the door instead of the water draining away the bottom rail filled up with water and the water then escaped out the same holes between panel grooves and foam seal on the inside of the door causing damage. I took this problem to Cairngorm where they acknowledged this is a known problem with this door panel when exposed to bad weather. Their suggestion was to put silicon in the gaps where panel grooves meet the foam seal at the bottom rail or alternatively buy a flat door panel from them which forms a good seal all round and does not have this issue. I believed I should not have to pay for a second panel especially as this was a known issue and the basic requirements of a door or window is to be wind and water tight also Cairngorm market themselves as providing tough products made for the Scottish weather. Even though I raised this all the way to a director of the group they refused to acknowledge it was their problem to rectify and the best they would offer was a new door panel at half price. To water proof my building and prevent further issue I was left with little option but to pay for a new door panel. Based on this problem, my dealings with Cairngorm and their approach to a solition I can’t recoment this company.

Walked in with a large mirror which I needed trimmed. They cut it while I waited at no charge. Fantastic customer service. Thank you very much.
