I nipped into the Eastfield Way, Inverness store today for a new phone and was amazed with the level of service and friendliness offered. The extremely helpful young woman (Kay) went out of her way to get my new purchase up and running with all my old contacts intact. If only other shops offered this level of courteous service, the world would be a better place. Give the girl a pay rise, she deserves it. Thanks.
